Marguerite Benson

As the founder of Sticky Wicket Advising, Marguerite Benson channels her passion for leveraging information, data, and analysis to support clients in tackling complex challenges and making informed decisions. Marguerite previously worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she advised national security agencies on strategy development, organizational design and effectiveness, technology implementation, and change management.

Prior to consulting, she spent more than a decade as a manager and analyst at the Central Intelligence Agency, U.S. Department of Defense, and U.S. Agency for International Development. Marguerite has been a Foreign Service Officer in Pakistan and Southeast Asia, a Fulbright Fellow in Poland, and an election monitor in Ukraine. She has an M.A. in Eastern European Studies from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland and a B.A. in International Relations from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY.
