Kelsey Callahan serves as senior director of special projects for the Rainey Center. She previously served as senior program associate at Citizens for Responsible Energy Solutions (CRES), a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization founded in 2013 to engage Republican policymakers and the public about responsible, conservative solutions to address our nation’s energy, economic, and environmental security while increasing America’s competitive edge.
Prior to joining CRES, she worked as development director at Student Veterans of America, deputy finance director for the Pennsylvania Republican Party, regional field director of Southeast Missouri for the RNC Victory Campaign in 2012, and as finance director on congressional campaigns in Kansas City, MO, and Fort Lauderdale, FL. Kelsey holds a B.A in Communication from American University.
