Soledad Roybal Joins Rainey Center as Associate Fellow for Innovation and Technology

The Joseph Rainey Center for Public Policy is proud to announce that Soledad Roybal has joined as an associate fellow for Innovation and Technology.

Soledad is a former Obama Presidential Appointee who was recognized by the Huffington Post as one of the top 40 Under 40 Latino in Foreign Policy in 2015.

She is the founder of the Latino Tech Policy Initiative, and specializes in stakeholder engagement, communications, government relations, coalition building, and diversity & inclusion.

The Rainey Center is a post-partisan, 501(c)3 public policy research organization and incubator for diverse, non-traditional emerging policy leaders, named after Joseph Rainey, a former slave who was the first African-American to serve in the United States House of Representatives.
