The Joseph Rainey Center for Public Policy is proud to announce that David Gargaro has joined as an Associate Fellow for Energy.
After a successful international career as an orchestral conductor, including serving as the Ansbacher Conducting Fellow for the Vienna Philharmonic, Gargaro pursued his interests in diplomacy, international relations, and energy policy. He is currently working on his second Master’s degree at The George Washington University, Graduate School of Political Management where he is studying Political Management with a concentration in Nuclear Policy.
